Microsoft is set to announce a new Surface on September 23.

Intel is launching “Bay Trail” (Atom) processors at IDF in San Francisco (  http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intel-developer-forum-idf/san-francisco/2013/idf-2013-san-francisco.html  ).
